Spa policies
We
respect your time, as well you should respect ours. We
strive to keep a peaceful environment for all of our
guests. Please turn cell phone off while in the spa. We appreciate your arrival time 15 minutes prior to your
appointment when paperwork is required.
We require a
24 Hour notice of cancellation or appointment
rescheduling for all services. A charge of 50% of the
service scheduled will be incurred for all appointment
not cancelled within 24 Hours.
Bridal
Parties are required to make a 50% deposit for services
when the appointment is booked.
Any parties
of three of more having services must make a 50% deposit
with the appointment is booked.
Forms of
Payment Accepted
A Spa to Remember accepts Visa, Mastercard, Cash, and
Personal Checks. Personal Checks require proof of
address and telephone number. A $20.00 fee will be
charged for all returned checks.
Gift
Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased for a denomination or
for a specific service.
All gift
cards, coupons, promotions, and Birthday Cards must be
presented at the time of service. No Exceptions.
Gift Cards
cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift Cards
are non-refundable and may not be used for cash or
gratuities.
We will
gladly mail or ship your Gift Card or Product purchase.
Product
Returns
All Skincare products may be returned within 10 days
of purchase with a receipt for store credit only. Makeup
cannot be returned due to sanitary purposes.
