Electronic devices must all be put on silent / vibrate,
out of respect for others, and spa services.
We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or appointment rescheduling for all services. A charge of 50% of the service scheduled will be incurred for all appointments not cancelled 24-hours prior to appointment.
Any parties of three or more having services must make a 50% deposit when the appointment is booked.
Forms of Payment
A Spa To Remember accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit, Cash and personal checks. Personal checks require proof of address and telephone number. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Tips and Gratuities are not accepted on credit cards.
Gift cards can be purchased for any denominations or for specific service.
All gift cards, coupons, promotions, and birthday cards must be present at time of service. No Exceptions!
Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be used for hair services, cash, or gratuities.
We will gladly mail or ship your gift card or product purchase.
All skincare products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with a receipt for store credit only.
